Ross Kallenberger – President / CEO |

Ross began his career in the construction industry at age 18. He graduated from Cal State Bakersfield with a degree in Business / Business Administration, after simultaneously taking night classes, working full time, and raising a family. Ross decided to go into business for himself and, together with his wife Loraine, founded ConCastCo in 1976. Ross’s determination, work ethic, and tenacity helped build ConCastCo into one of the most well respected underground utilities contractors in the Kern County area. His reputation as an innovator and his “can do” approach to projects compliments the nature of many of the complex projects completed under his supervision. In his spare time, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife Loraine, 3 children (Jenni, Katie, and Geoff), and 8 grandchildren (Tori, Jake, Josh, Jordyn, Tawny, Rylie, Avery, & Alexis). Ross also enjoys sailing, traveling in his rail car, and collecting antique machines and cars. Ross is also a licensed pilot and owns a plane, an ability that is advantageous in both business and personal travel. |

Geoff Kallenberger—Vice President |

Geoff grew up around heavy equipment and construction projects through working for ConCastCo during summers. He learned to operate, repair, and even fabricate equipment which sparked his interest in mechanical engineering. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2005 with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Geoff chose to pursue a career in the construction industry because he knew he could not sit in front of a computer full time like most engineering jobs required. He went to work for Shimmick Construction after graduating and worked as a project engineer on a 185 million dollar water treatment plant project. In 2006, he helped open a satellite office for Papich Construction in Bakersfield and managed the underground utility projects. He also gained experience managing multi million dollar grading and paving projects. In January of 2011, he joined the family business bringing with him valuable experience from working with large companies on technical public works projects. In his spare time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife Stepahnie and his 3 daughters Rylie, Avery, and Alexis. Geoff also enjoys wakeboarding, dirt bike riding, off roading, and working on cars. |
